Unfortunately, I’m not able to review this soap…I ordered this soap, along with two other items, and received the splash instead of the soap. No big deal—mistakes happen. I assumed I’d be able to have the correct item sent to me without any problem.
After two direct emails and a submission through the contact section on their website, they will not respond to me. All I’m asking for is to have the correct product sent to me.
Prior to ordering, I read a couple forums of people having these same types of problems with the company— ignoring their customers and not making things right when an error occurs. I wish now I would have heeded the experience of others. Suffice to say, I will never order from this company again.
Search online to find out about this company before ordering their products. Buyer beware!
