Ordered the beard wash and beard butter for my father in law for Christmas. I received my order and was shocked that this beard wash is only 4 oz. Beware because this is not apparent on the website. $15 for a 4 oz, essentially a travel size, bottle of shampoo!!!!! Yikes!
I've been ordering from Black Ship Grooming for my husband for many years. I expected better, especially given the shipping mishap with my order. Disappointing.

Ordered this with four other aftershaves. Never arrived. Reached out, but he will not respond, will not refund or replace. This is par for the course; stuff gets damaged in transit, left out, etc. way more than it should with him. Love his stuff, but his customer service is AWFUL.
