In the Creed Aventus vein of scents, but adds a bit of menthol. Not overpowering. Also leaves a really nice face feel after dry down. Get this one!
I only use Blackship shaving soap. I previously used Grace O’Malley and just wanted to change it up this time. Thomas Tew smells great and is refreshing on the skin. My favorite thing about Blackship shaving soap is how long it lasts. You get a superior product that saves you money. What more could you ask for?
My husband loved new fragrance but wishes the soap was a hard soap like many of your others. It just doesn’t last long enough.
Once again Black Ship has hit the bullseye! I got this for me but my wife stole it as soon as she saw it. She has used this soap every single time she’s shaved since I got this soap. I hope you try Tortuga if you’re reading and considering this. You won’t be disappointed.
An Amazing clean scent. At first I was like “meh” then I made my lather and shaved with it. It shaves very well and lathers nicely. But when I was done with my routine I felt as if I smelled like I was perfectly clean. It reminds me of the smell of your skin after using lye soap and witch hazel on cuts and callouses. Guess not many people will get that reference as I grew up in the hills. Anyway try the Cleaning Witch you won’t be disappointed
Great shaving experience, slick and protective. Scent is warm, a little earthy and slightly floral for a nice all around shave.
